The Role:

The ANZ Finance Team operates in a fast paced dynamic environment, where no two days are the same. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the role is responsible for ensuring all financial and management reporting requirements are delivered to a high standard, as well as supporting on-going process improvements.

Key responsibilities:

• Month end and year end accounting
• Key point of contact with business units and wider finance team to provide detail and support as required
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Assisting external auditors and tax advisors
• Assistance with special purpose and statutory accounts
• Develop processes to ensure strong internal controls
• Driving change and process improvement
• Assistance with other administrative matters and ad-hoc projects as required

About You:

• CA/CPA Qualified
• 4+ years of professional experience
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to problem solve and make clear decisions
• Strong time management skills with the ability to be flexible
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team and autonomously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
