Based out of our Ballarat Service Delivery Centre, you will be responsible for delivering technical support to our clients. Your solid background in .Net development will enable you to provide support, troubleshooting assistance and the skills to fix applications in real time. If you’ve been a developer and want to further your career in the infrastructure field or a Cloud architect in DevOps, we’d love to hear from you!  

What we’re looking for

Here’s our ‘wish list’ but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your strengths, what you want to learn, and how far you want to go. 

• Strong skills and experience in .Net 
• CMS Experience
• Skills and knowledge of ITIL would be advantageous 

Bonus points if you also have:

• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
• Relevant knowledge/ experience in Cloud infrastructure, MS Azure, AWS
• Understanding of DevOps practices
