Full Time Customer Service/Administration Assistant
Decor8 Tiles is a leading decorative tile wholesale company located in Oakleigh South, Victoria. Established in 2005, the company supplies major ceramic tile retailers and wholesale distributors with decorative mosaic and ceramic tile products.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our company and become a key part of our successful team. We are seeking an outgoing, experienced Customer Service/Administration Assistant to be the first point of customer contact at our office/warehouse. In a fast-paced environment, you will need to be accurate, reliable, customer focussed, and extremely organised.
This is a full-time role of 7.5 hours per day, 9am to 5pm (Monday-Friday).

Working closely with our friendly and supportive team. The Customer Service/Administration Assistant role will be a key support in our busy office and be responsible for :
Providing a high level of customer service to maintain existing client relationships.
Data entry and order processing.
Assist customers with phone enquiries, product information and specifications.
Follow up delivery schedules with transport company.
Account enquiries.
General administration duties.
