The role of FSSO is to provide customer service for our Front Counter based in Henderson. Every day you will be dealing with challenging situations which will need to be approached with professionalism, respect, empathy and in a positive manner.
You will be welcoming customers into the station and ensuring their enquiries are understood and handled appropriately.
The role requires someone with excellent customer focus, be part of a high performing team, attention to detail with a can do attitude.
The role of an FSSO provides operational and administrational support to Police which includes but is not limited to, front counter customer service, data entry, use of Police systems, typing and file management.
