Front Office - Hotel Receptionist - Quest Innaloo

Quest Apartment Hotels is the largest and fastest growing serviced apartment brand in Australasia with a network of over 160 franchised properties across Australia, New Zealand and Fiji.

Quest Innaloo is a 80 rooms property located opposite IKEA, minutes form Perth CBD and Westfield Innaloo shopping center. The hotel accommodation offers Studio rooms, One and Two Bedroom Executive Apartments.

Quest Innaloo now has an exciting opportunity available for a Front Office Receptionist to join its team on a casual hourly basis working approximately 15 - 25 hours per week.

 

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Hotel Front Office operations, taking reservations, check in /out
  • Attending to all guests requests and managing their accounts
  • Guest reception and administration duties
  • Facilitate communication between all departments

 

Your key attributes:

  • Logical thinker and an organized individual
  • Accuracy in work performed and attention to detail
  • A positive and can-do attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience within customer service
  • Cross training in Housekeeping maybe required, Guest Services

 

Your will be required to produce:

  • State legislative vaccination evidence
  • Current Police Clearance, cost $35 approx.*
  • First Aid Course (can be obtained after starting work)*
  • Hygiene Certificate, cost $18 (can be obtained after starting work)*

*Costs are tax deductible at the time of your tax return for 2021-2022.

 

Please note that generally the shifts are rostered between 7am and 11pm, from Monday to Sunday and 9am to 5pm over Public Holidays.
