 We are on the lookout for bar staff with a broad range of skills from professional wine service to creative cocktail menu design also barista and front of house service skills

We currently run degustation dining and change the menu every 3-4 weeks. We encourage creativity amongst our whole team.

We need someone who can bring our beverage service to the same high standard as our culinary side

Minimum of 1 year experience required in an establishment that share our views on quality service

Current Managers certificate would be great but not necessary

Knowledge of wine and wine service 

Bar and barista skills

Cash handling and POS experience
