About Role:
This program is designed to foster a pipeline of creative talent that will rotate through multiple departments and business units in a structured process. This program which lasts 12 months, provide trainees at each cycle with the knowledge and skills necessary to fast track their careers.
Job Responsibilities:
A- Extensive hands-on training in each function and business unit to understand organization system coupled with projects and task assignments.
B- To complement practical work, training programs are designed to equip the trainees to contribute at the highest level in the shortest possible time.
Job Requirements:
A- Have a strong academic background (bachelor’s degree), with GPA of minimum 3/4, or 4/5.
