We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to come on board to fulfil weekly administration and accounts management duties while our bookkeeper is on maternity leave. You will be provided with training for the role and communicate predominantly with the directors and at times, the accountant. You will be a valued team member and a vital part of our week-to-week operation of the business, ensuring that the office administration duties are kept up-to-date and matters are attended to or followed up efficiently and effectively, keeping a (virtual) paper trail of correspondence as needed.
