What You Will Be Responsible For

The Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok is looking for a Fitness Instructor. The Fitness Instructor will be responsible for providing assistance to guests in all aspects of fitness and well-being. This will include classes, specific training, inductions and general gym monitoring.  This position reports to the Fitness Manager.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1.     Delivers high quality private and group fitness instruction that consistently meets and exceeds the member and guest expectations.

2.     Handle all member and guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints, assist customers in all inquiries in connection with club and resort services.

3.     Ability to develop and execute training plans that consistently meets and exceeds the member and guest health and wellness goals.

4.     Provide personal trainer shift coverage as scheduled by the Director of Sports to satisfy member and guest demand and to maximize revenue.

5.     Assist in the continuing effort to maintain the high quality of physical fitness facility by cleaning fitness equipment as scheduled by the Fitness Manager.

6.     Complete all fitness instruction billing in accordance with Four Seasons accounting procedures and fitness department processes.

7.     Actively promote personal training and fitness activities through frequent member and guest interaction.

8.     Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in Empact

9.     Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

Candidates must have a firm knowledge of hotel operations. Candidates must speak read and write Thai as well as being fluent in English and Chinese. Must have the right to work in Thailand.
