A career as a Financial Services Representative in the loan origination administrative team at National Bank means working closely with colleagues and having a direct impact on our clients. You will support all team advisors in verifying and making sure their financing files are compliant. You will also ensure client satisfaction by maintaining trust-based relationships and offering high-quality service.

Your role

• Help financial advisors process loan and credit files
• Perform the first step in analyzing financing files
• Optimize relationships with the various stakeholders
• Participate in various complex operational activities
• Make improvements to reduce file errors
• Ensure compliance and follow-up of files

Our team is available Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. You will report to the team manager and be part of a team of dynamic analysts.

You’ll begin with a 4-week on-the-job training that will allow you to experience and understand the administrative environment, and get to know your teammates. The training program focuses on hands-on learning so you can learn about your role, our products and technologies to help you reach your full potential.

Required skills

• High school diploma
• Relevant experience in managing administrative tasks
• Ability to effectively communicate in French and English

• Knowledge of credit products (loans, lines of credit)
• Eagerness to learn and curiosity
• Diligence and ability to deliver on commitments
• Team spirit and the ability to adapt to changes
