Job Description

As a senior clerk on the National Bank Operations team, your ability to work in synergy with several partners will be highlighted. You will use your excellent customer service skills and proactivity to handle administrative needs and respond to requests from collaborators and partners.

Your role

  • Take charge of file processing and administrative follow-up
  • Help update work processes and procedures according to quality standards
  • Work with others to resolve operational problems that have been identified
  • Identify issues and opportunities for improvement
  • Adhere to compliance and risk management rules 
  • Actively participate in your own development and that of your peers

You will collaborate daily with the different Bank sectors and more experienced professionals to offer day-to-day operations support. Required skills

  • High school diploma 
  • Aptitude for administrative work
  • Inclined to offer clients quick, efficient service
  • Proficient with the Office Suite and collaboration tools
  • Able to communicate effectively in English and French

  • Adept at identifying and highlighting potential process improvements 
  • Able to prioritize and manage several projects simultaneously
  • Curious and an aptitude for learning
