Job Description

What will you do?

• Assists and participates in data validation and cleaning to ensure the quality and integrity of data.

• Analyzes and extracts key data and information to meet the organization's information system needs and requirements.

• This role will play a key role in helping to drive CFO team’s transformational activities.

• Demonstrate critical thinking skills to identify problems to be solved, and recommend next steps

• Manage and enhance the internal website site by creating content with stakeholders, communicating events, promoting the overall brand

• Monitor, measure, and analyze data using existing tools

• Develop onboarding process for new hires (tools setup, Connect site, distribution lists)

• Facilitate the development and documentation of PMO processes and standards

• Support the delivery of key transformational initiatives within the PMO

• Manage the backlog of user requests in purpose of enhancing our products, services, processes

• Consolidate data from multiple sources, and develop data analytics that drive actionable business outcomes

• Build report and visualizations to effectively communicate data-driven insights leveraging Tableau and MS PowerPoint

  What do you need to succeed?

  Must-have

  • Excellent analytical/critical thinking skills

  • Background in Finance, Engineering or Economics

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Well rounded individual (I,e, Not just grades, e.g. extracurricular or work experience or athletics)

  Nice-to-have

  • Previous experience working in a financial environment

  • Experience or understanding of financial analysis and financial reporting
