Your new role

These leadership roles do not appear on the market often! This exciting role reports directly to the Head of Finance and will see you leading a team with four direct reports; and nine indirect reports.

This is the perfect F.C position if you're in a Senior Finance Manager role currently and feel you are ready to manage a larger team; with more responsibility. That said, there will still be plenty of support from above.

This role truly is of key importance to the finance team. You will manage the end-to-end Accounting and Finance of two divisions; with two Finance Managers reporting to you directly. You will lead the delivery of monthly, half-year and annual financial reporting. This includes management of the Group’s annual audit, insurance, treasury processes, tax compliance, and financial controls.

Your impact will be key in driving continuous process improvement, innovation and automation across the business.

What you'll need to succeed

In the capacity of Finance Manager or Financial Controller; you would have managed sizable teams of at least five staff, directly. You will be CA or CPA qualified, be a strong communicator and have experience working in larger corporate businesses.

You should have experience managing complex Accounting and Tax requirements, as well as experience in Treasury and Working Capital, consolidation, whilst showing a passion for process improvement.
