What you will do
Our Financial Advisors provide a high level of financial and business advice to internal NZDF customers both military and civilian. NZDF Financial Advisors are responsible for supporting their customers with financial planning, budgeting and forecasting advice; monitoring and reporting of financial performance, assisting management with interpreting financial policies and procedures along with financial training and coaching for both military and civilian staff.
Financial Advisors work with a high degree of autonomy, and represent the Finance function with maturity and credibility. Therefore, we are seeking someone who is both technically sound and has the ability to interact effectively across a wide range of stakeholders.

Financial Advisory are part of the Financial Service Delivery team within NZDF Finance. The Finance Service Delivery team provide financial advice and business decision support to key internal customers with financial governance responsibilities.
