Our client is one of the largest construction and property development companies in Australia. With an impressive development pipeline, thousands of residential, commercial, and retail properties under their name and plans to develop the business further in 2022, it is an exciting time to be joining this evolving business.

Your new role
Reporting into the Director, you will be responsible for managing the relationships across banks, lenders, Finance team and wider company. Responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing a team of 5
• Developing financial strategy, including risk minimisation and opportunity forecasting
• Managing all feasibility reports
• Managing budgets of each project
• Maintaining relationship with banks and lenders, coordinating all loans and agreements
• Producing monthly reports and financial results for each project

What you'll need to succeed

• CA/CPA Qualified
• Experience in construction, property development or project related business
• Strong stakeholder management
• Experience within Analytical role
• Ability to interpret data and produce comprehensive reports
