• The Modern Workplace ("MW") Finance manager is the finance partner to; the Engineering Group ("EG") Finance Leads at Corp, the Area EG lead, and other product-aligned business leaders.
• The successful candidate will develop deep subject matter expertise on O365, EM+S, and M365 to deliver actionable insights to business partners as well as the Commercial Finance team.
• The MW Finance manager drives upsell motions for; M365, E3 to E5 as well as new product sales plays.
• They play a critical role in partnering with the Area EG lead on defining long term growth strategies supported by analytical frameworks that monitor progress towards those defined objectives.

Responsibilities

• Drive cloud growth in the Field through deep Cloud analytics forward and backwards (deployment, active usage & upsell).
• Leverage Corp models and analytics to provide actionable insights through the segment controllers in a way that can be easily digested and actioned.
• Understand competitive market insights and provide thought leadership to challenge Area EG leads & Sales teams around new business opportunities / growth roadmaps.
• Accountable for finance content related to the EG Rhythm of the Business ("RoB"), Planning & Execution incl. high quality budgets, accurate forecasts, consumption analytics and ongoing insights in an efficient manner.
• Partner with the Global Partner Solutions and SMC Finance managers to drive Small and Medium business growth with deep insights on Cloud Soluution Provider programs.
• Participate/Lead within a strong community of Global Finance Managers to focus on key insights and projects to accelerate the business and increase productivity and focus of sellers and channel partners.
• Build a deep partnership with Corp EG Finance teams continuously building credibility and providing insights & thought leadership from the Area and being a strong advocate for the business.
• Take a lead role driving M365 performance via insights and opportunity modelling helping to drive customer adds.
• Increase premium mix, understand and drive upsell motions to higher profit products (M365, E3 to E5).

 Qualifications

• CA/CPA or Bachelor's Degree / Master's in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field AND 7+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience.
• Experience in Multinationals with multi-product / multi-segment finance roles is recommended.
• Revenue / Product controllership experience preferred.
• Analytical mindset and passion for process excellence.
• Strong communicator, with ability to present to, and partner with, C-level executives
