As Finance Business Partner – IT/IS you’ll take a lead role in driving planning and reporting processes, playing an integral part in helping to shape the long-term financial strategy, ensuring alignment with the strategic direction of Foodies.

 About the role

The Finance Business Partner contributes to the financial performance of FSNI through involvement in project finance management, analysing the performance of the business as a whole, stakeholder management, annual budgeting, forecasting and identifying the relevant exceptions in financial results. 

 Key pieces of work include:

• Provide reporting and analysis of key IT performance metrics and managing budget spend
• Work proactively to develop and deliver insightful, exception-based performance management reporting in partnership with key stakeholders
• Financial planning, budgeting and forecasting of opex and capital projects
• Provide financial support and evaluate IT investment decisions through development and review of business cases
• Run the month end process ensuring rigorous controls and reconciliations are in place

 About you

With a solid financial background, you’ll have excellent analytical, planning, and numeric skills and will be strong in financial reporting, management reporting, forecasting and business information. A collaborative doer, you’ll be a communicator who has a flair for engaging with stakeholders across the business. Commercially astute, you’ll have high attention to detail and curiosity that fuels your desire to learn.
