What do you need to succeed?

Job summary

  • Advanced level computer (Windows/Mac) hardware/software and printer hardware troubleshooting. Support will also extend to endpoints like A/V systems in conference rooms
  • Ability to deliver excellent support
  • Confirmed experience in operating in a high-pressure/stringent service level response and resolution environment. Proactive and preventive diagnosis & resolution of system & software problems
  • Advanced understanding and development/implementation experience in computer imaging (Microsoft SCCM)
  • Exposure in functioning in a global IT delivery organization for a single client
  • Fair understanding and exposure to network compute and security towers
  • Experience and understanding of IMACs vendor coordination asset management and related areas
