We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Sales Representative to join our field-based sales team, supporting the Northern Beaches & North Shore territory of retail and on-premise accounts (restaurants, bars, pubs, bottle shops, and clubs).

You will be based within the Northern Beaches (anywhere between Palm Beach and Sydney’s north shore), working from your home office.

This role is full-time and permanent.

Key responsibilities include:
•    Achieve sales KPIs around revenue, call rates, coverage, distribution, trade spend, product mix and volume
•    Execute sales strategies and state-based initiatives to achieve annual revenue targets for your portfolio
•    Participate as a member of State Leadership Teams and the State Field Sales community
•    Arrange your territory into a journey plan that delivers efficient service to customers
•    Update and maintain our CRM system.

What you'll bring:
•    2+ years of field sales experience
•    We’d love someone with experience in the FMCG industry (ideally liquor) – however we’ll train you up if you’re an excellent salesperson with a love for achieving KPIs
•    Stellar negotiation and influencing skills
•    Goal-driven, with excellent organisational skills and a passion for wine
