The Faculty of Medical and Health Science is seeking a proactive, service-oriented, and well-organised Faculty Assistant/Receptionist to work within and provide support to the Grafton 505 and 507 reception.
The successful applicant will provide support for the Faculty main reception to ensure the smooth provision of general and staff administrative support such as (but not limited to), meeting and greeting visitors, handling front desk inquiries, facilities & support services, the management of car parking bookings and security incident reporting.
The hours of work are Monday - Friday 12:30 - 6pm and the salary range is $42,000 - $44,400 per annum.

This role is based in two of our busiest campus buildings B505 and B507 located in Grafton and will require varied hours. You will be working alongside a team of dynamic people who have a collegial/calm, friendly work ethic with great personalities.
You will report through to the Facilities and Services Team Leader and hold functional relationships with the Facilities and Services team, Group Services, Faculty Administration within the Dean’s office, Property Services and Marketing Events Coordinator - a group who have a wealth of excellent University knowledge.

We are looking for a highly motivated and focused individual, who can deliver a high standard of service, and can also provide reliable, efficient, and accurate execution of the reception duties at our large campus’

This position will suit a confident, dynamic, and energetic individual with experience gained in administration or a reception related role.
