The Opportunity

We have been planning an exciting restructure during these challenging times including a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, results driven Factory Supervisor to join our passionate, highly driven and successful team.

• Oversee the daily factory operations and report to upper management on status
• Monitor inventory supplies and make manufacturing process changes to improve efficiency
• Train, schedule and guide factory workers, and resolve any factory or machinery issues
• Ensure plant and machinery run to maximum capacity including managing their regular maintenance and general housekeeping
• Drive the development and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Ability to plan and schedule production
• Support, develop and manage the compliance and improvement of the site ISO standards, OH&S regulations/requirements, workplace policies and management systems
• Manage Quality Assurance process
• Review worker performance and identify training needs
• Co-ordinate and schedule walk-in and overflow works from the Service Department with the Service Co-ordinator
• A focus on total customer satisfaction, quality work with maximum output

• Solidworks experience would be advantageous

This position offers a secure long-term position with a negotiated wage based on the applicants experience.
