Our client is a leading investment management company based in Dubai looking for a Facilities Manager with Hard services experience - MEP (HVAC)

• Demonstrate understanding of the safety significance in the operation and maintenance of the residential & commercial properties, malls, hospitals and hotels MEP systems
  
• Oversee FM and Buildings maintenance delivery activities; verify that it is being carried out safely and to the satisfaction
  
• Advise on the Asset Management and Maintenance Strategy relating to FM scope
  
• Monitor, audit and report Key Performance Indicators (KPI) relating to FM scope
  
• Physically fit and able to conduct site inspections across a vast geographical area
  
• Proven experience with Local/International companies, in all facilities requirements, including but not limited to inspections, reports, contracts, quotations, deadlines, attention to details, organized etc
  

Requirements

• Should have Engineering degree - preferably Mechanical
  
• Must be resident in UAE
  
• Minimum 5-10 years experience in similar field (MEP - HVAC)
  
• Arabic speaking candidates would be an advantage (written & spoken)
