With 20 locations across Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch we specialize is a range of back-office tasks such as Mailroom management, Events Support, Reception and Concierge and more.
We have a key support network as part of the Freightways group allowing us access and support from other brands in the group such as couriers and document management.
The role
We are looking for an all-rounder who is able to support our onsite staff and customers.
As a Facility assistant, you will be supporting all our client sites, covering when staff are away and reporting back to the Facilities Manager.
The hours for this role vary, you need to be available to start early or finish late, depending on what site or shift needs support. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday between 6am and 8pm
