Job Description
- TEMP role (3 month) – Facilities Assistant
- $30p/h - Monday to Friday
- Porirua location in a government organisation
Do YOU have a positive can-do attitude with strong reception and customer service skills? Then this is the role for you.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide efficient and effective front of house support to the site
- Reception duties
- Answering inbound calls including directing call to correct team
- Visitor management
