Job Description

MCI Solutions are seeking a dedicated, confident and outgoing Trainer to deliver and assess the Customer Engagement, Business and Workplace Health and Safety training packages.

Flexible to working arrangements, this role will start as a casual position, open to the opportunity to increase hours.

With sound knowledge of VET sector, you will have a passion for working with others and helping them successfully reach their goals.

You will be highly organised and energetic, capable of communicating well with others, working to specific timeframes, and have highly methodical administrative practices.

 

What you’ll need to be successful

  • Minimum Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116) and Certificate IV in Employment Services
  • Current industry experience related to the qualification you will be assessing
  • Relevant vocational competencies in at least to the level being assessed
  • Previous experience in an online-based training & assessment role (experience of Moodle preferred but is not necessary).
  • Sound knowledge of the VET sector
