We have a fantastic opportunity for a Property Manager to join our team. This is a key role in our business. Therefore, we require an enthusiastic and customer motivated individual who has a polished presentation.

To be the successful candidate you will have strong attention to detail and excellence in customer service with a focus on offering quality support to our diverse base of business stakeholders. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

The role

Whilst this role will encompass the normal responsibilities of a residential property manager, with you will primarily be accountable for the overall management of residential properties on behalf of and to the satisfaction of the owner and the tenant, whilst working with a dedicated property officer.

We are also looking for someone keen to develop as a leader, wanting to learn skills to further their career. This role is those looking to be part of a team wanting to push the envelope and create an amazing work environment and outcomes for their clients.

Mentoring Junior staff

Handling landlord & tenant enquiries

Coordinating maintenance and repairs

Managing lease vacates & renewals

Managing rental arrears

Maintaining information in our CRM
