EY wavespace is about people and business outcomes. We design immersive experiences that bring the right people together, giving them the mindset and collaborative tools to think differently. As wavespace grows, we are looking for top talent to help scale our way of working. We are seeking an Experience Coordinator to support the facilitation and delivery of our virtual and in-person events. 

This is a full-time permanent role. Location Sydney.

 

Your Key Responsibilities

 

As a wavespace Experience Coordinator, you will support the delivery of collaborative wavespace experiences through group facilitation and event co-ordination. In this role you will:

 

•         Work with Experience Mangers to plan and manage event logistics including client arrival, layout, environment, and catering

•         Create layout maps for events and manage the set-up team to ensure the space is set up correctly 

•         Manage client arrival for in-person sessions, ensuring a seamless participant experience

•         Support back of house processes in virtual sessions including providing basic tech support to participants 

•         Undertake research and synthesise findings to support session design and internal requests 

 

What you need to be successful

 

•         A client-centric approach and experience working with senior stakeholders

•         Strong logistical and coordination skills

•         Strong verbal and written communication skills

•         Attention to detail and responsive to feedback

•         Team player and self-starter (can work without a lot of direction)

 

Ideally, you’ll also have

 

•         Experience using Mural and other collaboration tools

•         Confidence to assist in client events (e.g., taking notes and helping with activities as part of broader client experiences)

•         Experience facilitating client workshops, meetings, conversations

•         A curious mindset and the ability to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
