Te āhuatunga a te tūranga/About the Role

We are looking for an Executive Assistant (Executive Support) to provide high level administrative and executive support to the General Manager, and People Experience leadership team.

Your key responsibilities in this role will be, but not limited to:

  • Diary management including scheduling internal and external meetings
  • Inbox triaging
  • Internal key advisor on internal policies and processes
  • Coordination of documentation for meetings
  • Travel and accommodation management
  • Managing correspondence including that of a highly confidential nature
  • Supporting the wider Executive Support team with general administration
  • Coordination of monthly reporting
  • Provide secretariat support to internal committees
  • Contribute to wider process improvements

To be successful in the role…

  • Strong working knowledge of the MS Office suite
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Confidence in working with all levels of management
  • Experience working in either an Executive Assistant role or extensive Personal Assistant experience and ready to take the next step in your career

Salary Range: The appointing salary for this role will be between $50,128 and $65,461 based on skills and experience.
