Are you a great communicator with strong administrative skills? Middlemore Hospital has an exciting role for a Ward Clerk.

Previous customer service experience would be an added advantage. This role involves high level of people contact; both on the phone and in person. Therefore, effective communication and outstanding customer service skills along with a professional approach and a courteous manner are essential. 

Your key tasks will include customer service, reception duties, admission discharge and transfer of patients, management of clinical paperwork and computer data entry.

Essential

• Previous experience as a Receptionist including telephone experience
• Advanced computer skills
• Previous clerical experience
• Experience in the Health Sector (Preferred)

The hours of work for this role are 15:30-20:30 Thursday to Wednesday, 7 days on 7 days off

Salary range for this position is between $45,130 - $47,950 pro-rata, depending on skills and experience.
