Previous customer service experience would be an added advantage. This role involves high level of people contact; both on the phone and in person. Therefore, effective communication and outstanding customer service skills along with a professional approach and a courteous manner are essential.
Your key tasks will include customer service, reception duties, admission discharge and transfer of patients, management of clinical paperwork and computer data entry.

Salary range for this position is between $45,130 - $47,950 pro-rata, depending on skills and experience.
