Job Description

• Work in Agile mode working on enhancements prioritized by business team
• Collaborate with business teams to understand application specific technology landscape
• Lead the QA team members and ensure the QA deliverables are being delivered as expected
• Prepare Test plan, test strategy documents as per business requirements
• Prepare SQL/validation scripts as per given business requirement and mapping documents
• Execute the DWH batch jobs to load data into QA/UAT environments
• Should have minimum 5+ years of experience in leading a QA team
• Should be well versed in Data warehousing Concepts, ETL process standards, Data warehousing requirements.
• Should have strong knowledge and experience in preparing SQL scripts to perform database/report testing
• Should have conducted Functional testing -System Testing and System Integration Testing, Regression testing.
• Should have Strong knowledge on System Testing best practices and methodologies.
• Should have Strong data analysis, data verification and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate clearly with the client team and team members
• Ability to understand the long-term big picture and short-term perspectives of situations
• Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies
• Should have basic understanding on Insurance domain
