Job Details:

• Review SBP, Provide Feedback and raise risks w.r.t Lower Environment (including existing Gaps)
• Review Environment requirements and submit ERFs
• To identify and review n/w connectivity requirements, raise requests and submitted for implementation
• Work with build team for Application VMs and Database nodes setup in cloud
• Work with Project team to list and manage the application connectivity/configuration
• Manage the licensing/new build and repurpose/reallocation of cloud infra for cost optimization
• Co-ordinate DB back-ups and restores
• Co-ordinate Memory, CPU and Storage utilization for cloud servers
• Downstream and Upstream connectivity to be established
• Cloud consultation to get recommended system capacity and best practices from Cloud Vendor
• Final validation before releasing the system
• work with support teams to perform Sanity test of existing Environments (OS, DB and Applications) and certify
• Raise incidents/tickets for the support teams
• Establish Middleware connectivity and validation (sanity)
• Publish Environment Readiness dashboard
• Co-ordination of Store Lab peripheral setup
• Manage and co-ordinate on the application outages/downtime
• Setting up Troubleshooting and Triage calls for investigating issues across multiple teams
• Perform Sanity checks
• Approve deployment of TRs in QA landscape (while adhering to gating process)
• Assess the impact and of CRQ/Outages
• Send notification about CRQ and other scheduled Maintenance
