This role provides you an opportunity to join the EY Resilience team to support leading organisations in the public and private sector across resilience, risk, and security focused engagements. You will join the team and work within the wider Cybersecurity and Enterprise Risk teams to help translate uncertainty into confidence. You will help clients improve their security across their business, in a wide variety of ways, from conducting current state assessments and advising on strategy and risk buy-down initiatives, to designing and building transformation program's and specific security solutions.

Support the development, refinement and delivery of security and resilience focused solutions, tools, and processes, creating value and minimising risk for clients

To qualify for the role, we would normally expect you to have:
Strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills which will support you to effectively work with a diverse group of individuals and often with distributed teams and clients
An analytical mindset, and a commitment to quality outcomes
Demonstrated ability in managing senior stakeholders
An ability to flourish in a results-oriented environment and demonstrated ability to be flexible and adapt to change
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
Ideally, you will also have:
Relevant professional or tertiary qualification (university or other certificates)
Experience in security, risk and/or resilience focused consulting environments
Defence, Security Governance or Emergency Management experience will be highly regarded
Exceptional communication, documentation and presentation skills
Advanced Excel or Data visualising skills
