Exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Employment or Recruitment Consultant who is passionate about assisting injured workers find new employment for our WA/NT Region.

About the role

  • Assisting clients find sustainable employment and unpaid work placements by matching work opportunities to the client's employment history, qualifications, skill set, medical capacity and interests.
  • Provide vocational support and assistance to a case load of clients within the WA & NT WorkCover, Income Protection, DVA and Motor Vehicle Accident return to work schemes.
  • Identifying vacancies through new and existing employer contacts via cold-calling and reverse marketing.
  • Conducting group and one-on-one job seeking sessions.
  • Provide clients with tips and training on how to improve their resume, cover letter, selection criteria, interview skills and injury disclosure.
  • Entering case notes and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Conducting labour market research and creating, completing reports on your findings

About you 

  • Minimum 1+ year agency recruitment experience, within the disability employment space is advantageous
  • Good understanding of worker's compensation legislation also favourable
  • Ability to influence and motivate clients
  • Ability to meet KPIS and targets
  • Previous experience maintaining and updating a CRM database
  • Good general administrative skills
  • The successful applicant must currently hold or agree to undertake a pre-employment national criminal check
