A typical week will involve...

You’ll be supporting jobseekers by building their confidence or upskilling and guiding them through the process of finding work.

• Helping jobseekers identify their skills, abilities and suitable roles
• Building relationships with employers
• Marketing your jobseekers to potential employers
• Increasing jobseekers’ capacity for employment (through job search training, referral to counselling or other support services)
• Creating a clear pathway to employment for job seekers through personal Job Plans
• Working Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
