The role

Working as an Employer Placement Consultant, you will be responsible for securing new employer placements for candidates returning to work after injury or illness. You will use your understanding of the current labour market and strong networking skills to develop ongoing relationships with local businesses and market candidates to current and potential customers.

In this role, you’ll be….

• Working closely with candidates to build trusting relationships and identify vocational goals to find them sustainable ongoing employment.
• Coach candidates through potential job opportunities by providing support with resume writing, presentation and interview techniques.
• Develop and grow a network of potential employers by attending networking events and employer forums.
• Collaborating with Rehabilitation Consultants to ensure a smooth and supportive return to work journey for candidates.
• Working towards and exceeding candidate and placement KPIs.
