Job Description

As an Employee Experience Business Partner, your mandate will be to work with leaders and support the initiatives of the Financial Markets sector, in particular the Sales & Trading teams across Canada.

This position reports to the Employee Experience Business Connector Leader for Financial Markets, Commercial Banking and Private Banking 1859.

You will work with the sectors you support and the Employee Experience experts.

Your role:

  • Understand the business issues and objectives, identify needs and suggest relevant Employee Experience strategies
  • Support the executives and develop our leaders’ skills to create the most stimulating work environment in the country
  • Create a work environment that reduces irritants and increases positive moments, enhancing the employee experience
  • Analyze KPIs, dashboards, and all other sources of information to identify trends and suggest adjustments to existing strategies and support the decisions for ongoing improvements to the employee experience
  • Help develop, implement and follow up on Employee Experience programs, policies and procedures

You will join the Employee Experience community, which focuses on helping change human behaviours in the business lines while having a positive impact on employee experience and client satisfaction.

You will stand out if you offer sound advice, are able to forge partnerships, analyze the organization and show interest in the organizational transformation. You will have to exceed expectations and contribute to achieving the goals of the sectors you support while focusing on the overall objectives of the Bank and the strategic initiatives of the Employee Experience sector.

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7 to 10 years of relevant experience OR a master’s degree in a related field and 6 years of relevant experience
  • Experience advising teams, managers and senior management
  • Experience working on transformations and in project management
  • Good knowledge of labour relations
  • Ability to analyze data to determine trends (KPIs, performance metrics, dashboards etc.)
  • Fully bilingual, spoken and written (English/French), essential

  • Proven leadership skills and ability to influence
  • Ability to engage and motivate various stakeholders and partners
  • Agile and able to execute rapidly
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and proposing solutions that go off the beaten track
  • Knowledge and experience
