As an Employee Experience Business Partner, your mandate will be to work with leaders and support the initiatives of the Financial Markets sector, in particular the Sales & Trading teams across Canada.
This position reports to the Employee Experience Business Connector Leader for Financial Markets, Commercial Banking and Private Banking 1859.
You will work with the sectors you support and the Employee Experience experts.
Your role:
You will join the Employee Experience community, which focuses on helping change human behaviours in the business lines while having a positive impact on employee experience and client satisfaction.
You will stand out if you offer sound advice, are able to forge partnerships, analyze the organization and show interest in the organizational transformation. You will have to exceed expectations and contribute to achieving the goals of the sectors you support while focusing on the overall objectives of the Bank and the strategic initiatives of the Employee Experience sector.
