The Dispatcher is responsible for keeping track of the number of passengers, commodities and amount of fuel being loaded on an aircraft. The Dispatcher works closely with Supervisors, Leads and other ground personnel as needed to ensure the safe and efficient handling of aircraft.

A Dispatcher will also liaise with aircraft flight crews, third-party service providers, customers, and local authorities.

Optimize the aircraft handling process by guiding ramp activities to ensure a safe and efficient flight handling process.

Perform various safety audits and observations ensuring procedural compliance.

Support flight operations by coordinating services and ensuring they are performed according to customer standards and procedures.

Arrange various crew handling like transport, calling time of crew and other crew related matters.

Ensure proper control, compilation, and storage of flight paperwork according to customer procedures and requirements.

Reporting of accidents, incidents, and injuries.

Reporting of flight concerns.

Assist ramp personnel with ground handling duties as needed.

Requirements:

18 years of age

High school/GED

Must be able to pass a background check, and able to obtain and maintain a Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC)

Must be able to lift a minimum of 32 kgs and push a wheelchair with an adult in it

Continuously stand and walk for 6-8 hours

Be able to bend, stretch, twist, squat, and reach out with the body, arms, and/or legs

Must be able to work various shifts and days of the week. Airlines are 24/7, so we require our team to be flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays

Must possess reliable transportation to work

Must attend every day of pre-employment training. All prospective agents must pass training to continue on with employment
