Job Description

Triton Hearing is a well-recognised hearing healthcare provider in the New Zealand market. Our reputation for lifetime client care, superior products and responsive service places us firmly amongst the market leaders in audiology.

With our new virtual hearing care service, we are able to expand our services into remote areas and assist clients from the comfort of their own home.

We are looking for a Dispatch Coordinator to join our team in the BRAND NEW Virtual Care Hub, located in Albany, Auckland.

This role exists to support our Virtual Care team in dispatching orders to ensure our clients receive their hearing aids in a timely and efficient manner.

The Dispatch Coordinator will be responsible for managing bulk stock holdings to ensure we hold sufficient quantities of stock, whilst also supporting our clinics to access centralised stock holdings where delays occur in our standard order processing and delivery.

Fixed-term contract - finishing end of August 2022. Possibility to go permanent.

Key tasks:

  • Processing of hearing aid stock orders and associated administration processes.
  • Maintaining required stock management systems and processes - ensuring stock count is accurate and up to date.
  • Liaising with main manufactures on stock supplies and navigating any known obstacles or barriers to regular deliveries.
  • Collection of bulk stock orders from central warehouse (Takapuna) as and when required.
  • Working alongside the Virtual Care team to dispatch orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Liaising with clinics to supplement stock shortages (where required).
  • Managing Triton's Web shop orders via our online portal.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Administrative experience, following systems and processes.
  • Can work unsupervised to deliver expected outcomes.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing workflow and meeting deadlines.
  • Communicates clearly with colleagues, clients and stakeholders.
  • Full New Zealand driver's license.

Please note: applicants will only be contacted if they have the right to work in NZ.

Proof of vaccination will be required.
