An opportunity to help people!

Come and join our team! We are seeking a Support Worker located in Camberwell to be part of our large family of support workers who pride themselves on making a difference in the community. Each day may look a little different but your work will be centered around the following:

• Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home
• High needs care, complex care experience preferred
• Administering complex bowel care procedures, training will be provided on this
• Providing support with hygiene and personal care
• Assistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environment
• Assisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medication
• Meal assistance which may include meal preparation
