The opportunity 

We’re looking for a driven, dynamic, experienced, sales focused Director to join our growing Data & Analytics team. Preferably located in Sydney.

We’re looking for people with strong Consulting experience within Government, Public Sector, or Health. You will need passion for a career in data analytics, where you will be instrumental in building relationships, defining and proposing solutions for complex data problems with clients. 

Your key responsibilities: 

• Participate and lead the proposal development across specific focus accounts working closely with other areas of EY 
• Ability to build deep relationships across multiple levels within NSW Government, Federal Government and Health organisations
• Understanding how different streams of activity on a single account interlink and how collectively support the client’s business objectives with a focus of an integrated approach to deliver a successful client outcome.
• Develop and maintain contact with stakeholders (internal and external) to organise and lead proposal teams, maximise success and expand the current EY offering.
• Provide professional and strategic leadership regarding best practice sales and delivery approach.

Skills and attributes for success: 

• Ability to lead business development with a proven track record of achieving business sales in Data & Analytics 
• Demonstrated experience in leading and implementing complex business transformation projects that deliver improved customer-focussed and efficient services that lead to ongoing sales activities
• Superior internal and external stakeholder management skills with the ability to credibly communicate, negotiate and influence strategic outcomes at C- level executives
• Demonstrated ability to be successful in a fast pace, complex, matrixed environment
