Job Description

What is the opportunity?

This is a leadership opportunity for someone with a proven track record leading technology products as well as building and leading high-performing teams. You’ll be responsible for driving the strategic transformation and day to day operations of Procurement Source to Pay technology solutions and RBC’s enterprise-wide Project and Portfolio Planning solutions.

Source to Pay Solutions: RBC’s Global Source to Pay (S2P) solutions (Ivalua, Coupa and planview) host over 80,000 users providing full range of functionality across the S2P lifecycle including supplier management, contract management, sourcing, requisitioning and invoicing

 

What will you do?

• Product Strategy: Champion the continued development and drive optimization of the product portfolio

• Product Management: Lead and oversee the development of product strategy, management, operations and deployment to enhance user experience and optimize associated processes

• Deployment and implementation: Drive adoption of solutions across RBC all lines of businesses globally
• L2 Operations: Oversee the management of day to day operations ensure the appropriate operational governance and safeguards in place maintain system stability and reliability
• Leadership: Act as a mentor and coach to direct reports to elevate team's performance

• Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with key stakeholders and users across the enterprise to continuously enhance the suite of products to meet users’ needs through employing client centric methodologies

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Technology, Business and/or similar discipline with similar focus  
• Strong Product Management acumen with proven ability to use data to make decisions
• Proven Leadership experience
• Excellent conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills
• Superb written and oral communication skills
• Courage, tenacity and an insatiable desire to challenge the status quo

Nice-to-have   

• MBA and/or similar discipline with Technology or Analytics focus
• Experience with Procurement or Source-to-Pay Solutions (Coupa/Ivalua)
• Experience with RBC Technology Environment
