Director, PBA Digital Strategy
Job Description
What will you do?
Develop an industry leading digital client growth strategy that outlines a growth plan to acquire new PBA clients
Collaborate with digital partners across P&CB (Omni, Mobile, DM&S, DIG, Marketing) and the line of business (Acquisition, Retention and Channels) to ensure respective roadmaps are aligned with the PBA digital growth objectives
Identify and benchmark best practices from industry and design thinking research to the customer purchase funnel to identify opportunities to improve sales conversion
Conduct data analytics for the end-to-end digital sales funnel; work with digital partners to identify and drive opportunities for experimentation and optimization to improve conversion and engagement
Collaborate with line-of-business owners to further the end-to-end digital client growth opportunity:
Director of PBA Acquisition to develop and leverage digital marketing solutions and capabilities that will unlock previously unaddressed market opportunities
Director PBA Engagement & Retention and channel partners to identify new opportunities to improve new client onboarding and existing client engagement
Director Channels and digital partners to identify and implement innovative technology solutions that will increase funnel conversion
Develop KPIs and reporting that can be used to monitor progress
Establish and chair a PBA digital acquisition forum with key digital stakeholders to ensure alignment across P&CB

In this role, you will report to the Senior Director, Client Growth, and be a member of a dynamic, collaborative, innovative and high-performing team.
