In this executive role you'll deliver exceptional services and experiences that ensure customer and visitor satisfaction, on-site and online. Under your leadership, the directorate will provide the financial sustainability that enables Te Papa to deliver on its mission, through revenue-generating activities that serve our customers and align with our values. Your experience and initiative will see you seeking out new commercial opportunities too.
Priority areas for the role in the coming two years are leading the relationship and implementation of Te Papa's partnership with Wellington City Council for the TÄkina conference centre; adapting Te Papa's visitor and customer services and revenue generation to the evolving Covid environment; and care for the wellbeing and development of kaimahi.
