Job Description

WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

What if you could use your technology skills to work on products that make an impact when it comes to delivering unforgettable client experiences? We’ve moved away from digitizing simple banking capabilities, to end-to-end transformation of our customers journeys. Our secret sauce is in how we collaborate to drive impact with a blend of our business and technology teams working seamlessly as one to bring innovations to market. We’re a team of resilient, collaborative people with a hunger for learning and delivering top-notch client experiences and we have our sights set on building the tech stack of the future with modern, flexible architecture by building once, and reusing across channels – how’s that for efficiency?

Between daily deployments and working on really cool stuff, we eat, sleep, and breathe agile — Build. Test. Learn. It’s our way of life, and we believe technical excellence and thoughtful design enhance this way of working. We are keenly motivated to step up to the plate and take ownership of our work: we do it with pride. We care deeply about the outcomes, but how we get there matters too. That’s why we’re looking for a talented iOS Director to join us on our journey to revolutionizing the digital financial industry.

As an iOS Director, you’ll play a key role in immediate and long-term strategic direction for a significant competency "pillar" within the iOS development community.  Nurturing talent and culture and facilitating learning and knowledge sharing will be second nature as well as applying your technical know-how to ensure that the mobile team is on the leading edge of development practices.

Backed by the might of our teams, you’ll have the tools and resources needed to achieve extraordinary results that render a significant impact extending beyond the boundaries of traditional engineering roles. If you’re a strong leader with proven experience evaluating industry best-of-class technical approaches—we have a spot for you on our team.
