  • You are interested in supporting promoters in putting in place their group plan through training and coaching?
  • You like doing group and individual presentation with clients?
  • You are a team player able to share best practices and support your colleagues?

Being a Director, customer service for IPP and group pension plan, it’s guiding corporate clients and their employees. You will be in charge of servicing IPP clients and you will coordinate the group plan setup at the client’s facility or at distance.  You will contribute to the revenue growth of the sector by insuring customer satisfaction and efficiency through the implementation process.  You will join a unified team that is mobilized under the leadership of a senior customer service advisor.

The tasks at hands :

  • In collaboration with our actuarial partner Lifeworks, you will manage our IPP client needs
  • Establish communication with new clients and the different BNT team members involved in the group retirement plan business
  • Generate solutions to manage promoter’s concerns
  • Help in resolving complex situations with clients
  • Prepare and support implementation strategies
  • Support the sales force and other partners

More specifically, you will have to do:

  • Insure group retirement plan implementation through TEAMS and on the road
  • Train group plan administrators
  • Organize and lead employee group training sessions
  • Supervise the administrative tasks linked to implementation
  • Manage and problem solve with partners in order to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Ensure that compliance and internal policies are in place

Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor’s degree, linked to the business field, with 3 pertinent years of experience or Master’s degree, linked to the business field, with 1 pertinent year of experience
  • Bilingual (oral/written) French and English
  • AMF appropriate license (completed or on the way) is preferred
  • Customer service experience
  • Group retirement plan industry knowledge
  • Thorough follow up skills with client
  • Capacity for analysis and synthesis
  • Good time and priority management skills
