Your job

  • Ensure the development, performance management, continuous engagement and well-being of your team members
  • Offer personalized coaching to your team members
  • Ensure the flow of operations by being a leader in the field
  • Participate in the design and implementation of work systems and processes to minimize losses, optimize team productivity and greatly improve the customer experience
  • Carry out various large-scale mandates and end-to-end projects
  • Make recommendations to reduce the risk of losses and increase the Bank's profitability.
  • Participate in the various governance forums and KPI’s with our various product and risk partners.

Join a team of 5 managers and about 130 employees who all have the same goal, to best support our customers by having a positive impact in their lives.  You will report to the Senior Director collection centre.

Required skills:

  • Bachelor's degree related to the sector of activity and 6 years of relevant experience or Master's degree related to the sector of activity and 4 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in personnel management in a context of transformation
  • Experience in call center or risk teams
  • Knowledge of Personal and commercial products
  • Good communication, oral and written skills in French and English

Preferred skills:

  • Knowledge of tools (junior, hostfront, verint)
  • Demonstrated ability to work in project mode.
  • Ability to manage different partners well
