We are looking for an outstanding Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to join our growing and creative team.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be a key driver in growing our online profile and engagement, and ensuring all activities are aligned with our business goals. You will be responsible for developing social strategies, content planning and campaign implementation.
This is a challenging, rewarding, hands-on and fast paced role so we need a motivated and driven individual who is enthusiastic, creative and has a feel for what works in the digital and social marketplace.

You will have:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on expertise with setting up and optimizing ads campaigns in Google Ads, including experience in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- A good understanding of the customer journey across digital channels and the levers available to engage the customer.
- Proven experience developing social engagement campaigns and paid ads using Facebook Business Manager, with an understanding of online and social media platforms as key customer acquisition and retention channels.
- 2+ years managing social media channels, including organic and paid social media advertising.
- Email marketing experience- coordinating, designing and delivering campaigns across Mailchimp, Hubspot and Active Pipe is advantageous.
- Basic design skills in Photoshop and InDesign are desirable.
- Videography and/or photography experience would be ideal.
