Role Purpose:
The role of the Digital Marketing Executive is to support the Ecommerce Manager on the execution of a region-specific digital strategy that drives traffic, grows sales, enhances customer experience, and builds brand awareness across MAF LEC brands. This role will work closely with teams and agencies to assist with the optimization of acquisition channels, conversion paths and website performance while creating and maintaining reports, notes, analysis and research.
Role Details – Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Strategy & Planning
Assist with the execution of the ecommerce strategy
Administrate digital acquisition channels with a focus on SEO, PPC, display/remarketing and affiliates
Coordinate teams to help execute strategies that increase conversion and retention rates
Optimize customer acquisition strategies across regions and countries
Help execute on ground digital marketing activations
Content management and administration across regions, create and edit content pages and landing pages, ensuring timely and accurate updating of the online platforms
Liaise with wider team to ensure effective campaign planning, delivery, and analysis
Response Management
Assist with Digital/Ecommerce issue resolution: liaise with internal and external partners to resolve and identify improvement initiatives
Monitor and respond to customer reviews/queries received on owned and third-party channels such as TripAdvisor, google play and apple store reviews
Assist ecommerce team with testing, QA, content uploading
Take campaign briefs, write contact reports, liaise across teams to effectively communicate performance
Reports and Market trends
Submit and track purchase orders and invoices
Ongoing reporting, tracking and analysis of performance and user behavior using analytics tools, market insights and competitive analysis
Monitor digital trends, evaluate business opportunities and recommend new initiatives
Continuous market research and digital/ecommerce benchmarking of leading entertainment destinations and other related businesses.
Analyse ecommerce reports across all VOX Cinemas, identify areas of improvement to enhance customer experience and engagement
Definition of Success
Support web projects, including websites and web applications, online tools, interactive media, and digital marketing campaigns across Leisure, Entertainment & Cinemas brands.
Launch new builds and brands
KPI optimization (conversion rate, revenue, ROAS) across various channels for Leisure, Entertainment & Cinemas.
Support E-Comm revenue: 900M AED
Holdings & SHARE: Support MAF Loyalty & Holding initiatives
iEAT & F&B
Conversion driving campaigns & functionality: Use case & deliverable
A/B testing: Support testing & roll out
Functional Competencies:
Good knowledge of digital and ecommerce design, development & campaigns
Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
Experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software
Other Context (if applicable):
Performs any additional adhoc requests as and when requested by the Line Manager and/or Head of Department.
