Job Title: Digital Content Producer, Bell Media

Position status: Regular- Full time

Location: 2185 King Ouest #200, Sherbrooke, Quebec

Salary: According to experience and qualifications

 

Roles and responsibilities:

DESIGN / IDEATION / ADAPTATION

Produce visuals, advertising banners, video content adapted for different platforms for our various clients and integrate them into our sites via a CMS;

Adapt, create and / or develop visuals for advertising and promotional material according to the graphic standards of the ENERGIE and Rouge fm brands on web, social networks and any other platform;

Create newsletters via Braze;

Layout and develop visuals for presentation documents (promotions, etc.);

When the situation requires it, propose, develop and collaborate in the development of visual strategies for major promotional concepts and derivatives of marketing campaigns;

 

APPROVALS / PRODUCTION MONITORING:

Control the quality of the websites of the ÉNERGIE and Rouge fm networks;

Ensure uniformity and respect for the graphic standards of our brands;

Establish production time estimates for various productions and ensure that deliverables are done on time;

When the situation requires: Ensure complete monitoring of the printing process: submissions, visual production, approvals and follow-up with printers until delivery for all printed productions;

 

VARIOUS:

When the situation requires, attend and participate in "marketing" meetings, "product" and web meetings.

Maintain close relationships with various clients (as needed) as well as with the internal team members;

Analyze on a daily basis the results of the activities on the different platforms;

All other related tasks delegated by his supervisor.

 

Qualifications :

Training in computer graphics, web design or related field;

3-5 years of experience in digital content

Experience in graphic design and content integration with a CMS;

Experience with social media design;

Good knowledge of HTML, CSS and Dreamweaver;

Good knowledge of Flash, Photoshop and Illustrator (Figma an asset);

Knowledge of Premiere, Audition or other video/audio editing software (After Effect, an asset);

Knowledge of the Brightcove, Omniture platform (an asset);

Knowledge of measurement tools eg. Google Analytics; (an advantage)

Good knowledge of Quebec culture and music;

Ability to easily create ideas and concepts;

Creative mindset, autonomy, curiosity, adaptability and originality;

Strong coordination and written communication skills;

Excellent management of time, priorities and ability to manage multiple projects (ability to work with Monday or similar project management software - an asset);

Interpersonal skills, sense of customer service;

Solution oriented, resourceful and positive attitude.

Responds well to stress and pressure;

Bilingual (English and French), written and spoken, (an asset);

 

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
