Job Description
The person we're looking for is a whizz at testing and optimising content based on data insights, is confident in writing to SEO best practice and loves data-driven digital marketing. You can often be found researching the latest in CRM and ecommerce.
On any given day you could be:
- Planning and executing website content strategies that yield strong ROI, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Optimising product page content with keywords and SEO.
- A/B testing different web content options.
- Managing the scheduling, testing and deployment of customer email campaigns.
- Setting up and managing automated workflows in HubSpot.
- Create copy and content for emails and workflows to engage customers and inspire action.
- Tracking the weekly performance of email KPI’s against weekly and monthly targets.
- Creating tactical lifecycle email campaigns and targeted on-boarding, reactivation and retention campaigns.
We're looking for someone who has:
- A strong personal passion for health and nutrition (knowledge or a qualification in this areas is a bonus)
- A minimum of 3 years professional experience in digital marketing and digital content creation.
- Experience working with CRMs, email automation and customer database management, ideally Hubspot
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and SEO experience.
- Experienced with various analytics tools and using insights for effective decision making.
- A natural curiosity for what is happening in the CRM and ecommerce space.
- Catchy, confident copywriting skills
